You can request deletion of personal data associated with Retite, including data processed through the Retite Threads integration, using either method below.
Open Retite, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm the deletion. This deletes your account and associated personal data, subject to any information we must retain to meet legal obligations.
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Send the request from the email address associated with your Retite account. If the request concerns a Threads interaction, also include your Threads username and a link to the relevant post or reply. Do not send us your password or access token.
We may ask you to verify that the account or profile is yours. After verification, we will delete or anonymise the associated personal data unless we are legally required to retain it, and we will confirm when the request has been completed. We aim to respond within 30 days.
